The Rossland Health Care Auxiliary Society Thrift Store is volunteer-run, with proceeds supporting the Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital and other local healthcare services. Items that can’t be sold are recycled or sent to Positive Apparel in Nelson. The shop also provides in-kind support during emergencies like fires or floods.
