At this time we only offer shipping to Canada at a flat rate of $15. All items shipped will be shipped via Canada Post. If you are local to the South Okanagan please reach out to hello@wearethrifters.com for pickup options. Orders will be processed for shipping in 3 business days.
Every item in the shop is listed with care so you can make a thoughtful, informed decision and hopefully avoid the whole return thing altogether. We do accept returns but before you go that route, here are a few things to consider:
Could you gift it to a friend who’d love it?
Could you resell it or swap it locally?
Could you restyle it in a new way?
If something’s truly not right, returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Get in touch within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in original condition with proof of purchase. You cover return shipping, and original shipping costs aren’t refunded. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
